Chief Financial Officer

I. POSITION OBJECTIVE

To be fully responsible for the company's financial strategy and operations, ensuring financial health, optimizing cash flow and investment efficiency for BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) projects, while building a transparent governance foundation ready for fundraising rounds and IPO.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Financial Strategy & Governance:

• Develop medium and long-term financial strategies, budgeting, and overall cash flow management.

• Act as a strategic advisor to the Chairman / CEO and the Board of Directors on investment, financial, and resource allocation decisions.

• Standardize financial governance, internal controls, and risk management systems.

2. Capital Management & Fundraising:

• Ensure liquidity; effectively manage working capital, receivables/payables, and inventory.

• Lead fundraising activities: equity, debt, and project financing; liaise with banks, investment funds, auditors, and regulatory bodies.

• Prepare the financial platform for fundraising / IPO.

3. Investment & Project Performance Management:

• Build and validate financial models for BESS, EPC, leasing, and PPA projects.

• Strictly control investment efficiency through key metrics: IRR, NPV, EBITDA, and Payback Period.

• Appraise financial terms in contracts: pricing, payment, credit, and guarantees.

4. Team Leadership & Accounting System:

• Directly manage a Finance & Accounting team of approx. 8 members, including the Chief Accountant.

• Mentor, coach, and develop team capabilities and build a succession plan.

• Organize the accounting system, management reporting, and ensure transparent and timely financial reporting.

• Establish a cost management system, product costing, and profitability analysis by product/ project.

• Experience: Proven experience as Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/ Finance & Accounting Director or equivalent.

• Preferred: Candidates with experience in: Energy (BESS, Power, Renewable Energy), Automotive, Motorcycle, Industrial Manaufacturing.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance - Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

• Core Competencies:

  • Experience in setting up / re-structuring the entire Finance & Accounting system and leading a team.

  • Strong capabilities in corporate financial management, risk management, cost management, and investment efficiency evaluation.

  • Skills in developing financial strategies, budgeting, and cash flow management.

• Strategic mindset, transparency, determination, and ability to work in a fast-growing environment.
