BA Lead

About the Project

• Talent Match's client is looking for strategic talent to join key IT/Digital Transformation projects serving the Government Sector, Ministries, and especially the Ministry of Public Security as part of the National Digital Transformation initiative.

• As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for business analysis, requirements management, and bridging Business – Technology to ensure requirements are accurately translated into solutions and delivered throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Job Description

• Gather, analyze, and clarify requirements from clients and business users.

• Document Business Process, Business Rules, User Flows, and Functional Requirements.

• Develop and manage BRD, SRS, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.

• Collaborate with PM, BA Lead, Tech Lead, Developers, and Testers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.

• Manage requirement/scope changes. Support Demo, SIT, UAT, and project acceptance.

• Analyze, validate, and coordinate resolution of Business Issues/Bugs during testing and operation phases.

• 3+ years of experience as a BA Lead, managing a team of 3-5+ members.

• Proficient in Business Analysis, Requirements Management, and Documentation.

• Hands-on experience in developing BRD/SRS/User Stories/Use Cases/UAT.

• Experience working directly with Customers/Business Users and multiple stakeholders.

• Experience with Web Applications, business systems, or data integration systems.

• Understanding of Agile/Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong communication, analytical, logical thinking, and documentation skills.

• Ability to read basic API/SQL is a plus.

Tools & Skills

• Jira / Azure DevOps / Redmine / Confluence, MS Office, Visio.

• Understanding of BPMN/UML, Business Process, Wireframe/Mockup.

• Understanding of Client-Server, Web Application, and Data Flow is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Government, Ministry, Healthcare, Finance, Banking, or Telecommunication projects.

• Experience in large-scale Digital Transformation or systems integrating multiple data sources.

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and complex business requirements.

• Experience in UAT, project acceptance, and Change Request Management.
