1. General Information
Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Location: Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours:
Time: 8:30 AM - 5:45 PM (Monday to Friday)
Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
Finance & Accounting Team Size: ~150 personnel
ERP System: Oracle
Recruitment Context: Structural replacement (The former CFO has been promoted to a higher role).
2. Job Purpose
Lead the overall strategy and operations of the Finance & Accounting division, ensure the optimization of corporate financial performance, control compliance risks, and directly drive business strategy (Commercial Finance) for a large-scale FMCG corporation.
3. Key Responsibilities & Functions

3.1. Commercial Finance & Strategic Management
Strategic Support: Provide deep analytical data and advise the Board of Management on business decisions; play a pivotal role in realizing growth objectives and expanding market share within the FMCG sector.
Resource Optimization: Strictly control operating expenses, manage cash flow efficiently, and optimize investment capital for key product lines of the corporation.
Category Financial Management: Lead the team in building and optimizing financial models by category; analyze revenue, cost, and profitability performance to deliver timely business recommendations.
3.2. Accounting Operations & Internal Control
Financial & Accounting Governance: Standardize the accounting system, ensure accurate professional bookkeeping, and prepare transparent, compliant financial reports.
Internal Control: Coordinate closely with the corporation's Audit Committee and Supervisory Board to ensure all financial processes strictly comply with current accounting standards and legal regulations.
Operations Supervision: Oversee comprehensive functional areas: Management Accounting, Accounts Receivable & Payable (AR - AP), Cost Accounting, and Fixed Assets Management.
3.3. System Governance & Team Leadership
ERP System Management: Ensure smooth operation and maximize the efficiency of the Oracle ERP system across all financial and accounting processes.
Team Leadership: Direct, train, and develop a large-scale workforce (~150 personnel), fostering a professional, transparent, and high-performing working culture.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance - Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Preference given to candidates holding professional international certifications (CPA, ACCA, CFA, etc.).
Age: Under 45 years old (Male/Female).
Professional Experience:
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Finance and Accounting, including senior leadership tenure (CFO/Finance Director) at large-scale enterprises.
Mandatory: Hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
Mandatory: Financial management experience in listed companies.
Top Priority: Candidates with exceptional strengths in Commercial Finance.
System Proficiency: Deep understanding and operational experience with Oracle ERP.
Personal Attributes: Sharp strategic mindset, comprehensive business vision, high pressure tolerance, and excellent leadership skills for managing large teams.
