Chief Accountant

You will be fully responsible for managing, directing, and controlling all accounting and finance activities of the Company, ensuring legal compliance and business efficiency.

1. ACCOUNTING & FINANCE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS

• Organization & System Oversight: Organize, direct, and control all accounting work including general accounting, accounts receivable/payable, budgeting, fixed assets, revenue, expenses, etc.

• System & Documentation: Establish, maintain, and improve the bookkeeping system, documentation, and accounting procedures in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Law, Accounting Standards, and Company Regulations.

• Reporting & Control: Prepare, review, and take responsibility for the accuracy, honesty, and reasonableness of accounting and financial reports (monthly/quarterly/annual) submitted on time.

• Cash Flow Management: Manage and control cash flow, monitor capital utilization efficiency, ensure liquidity, and optimize capital sources for Company operations.

• Internal Control: Review and approve expenditure vouchers, payments, financial-accounting documents, and contracts to ensure compliance with internal control procedures.

2. TAX, AUDIT & LEGAL COMPLIANCE

• Tax Obligations: Organize tax declaration and finalization for VAT, CIT, PIT, etc. in a timely manner and in full compliance with current laws.

• External Relations: Lead and represent the Company in working and responding to Tax Authorities, Independent Auditors, Banks, Insurance companies, and other relevant authorities.

3. FINANCIAL PLANNING, ANALYSIS & ADVISORY

• Planning: Develop financial plans, annual budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and analyze investment efficiency for projects.

• Strategic Advisory: Advise the Board of Directors on capital mobilization plans, financial risk management strategies, and solutions to optimize operating costs and increase profitability.

• Process Improvement: Propose and implement solutions to improve work processes and enhance efficiency and automation of the accounting and finance system.

4. ACCOUNTING TEAM MANAGEMENT

• Assignment & Evaluation: Assign tasks, supervise, and evaluate the performance of accounting staff.

• Training & Development: Provide professional training and guidance, and build a high-capacity, professional accounting team.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Chief Accountant or equivalent managerial position in medium and large-scale companies.

• Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance from reputable universities.

• Certification (Preferred): Chief Accountant Certificate or Vietnam/International CPA is a strong advantage.

• Industry Experience: Priority given to candidates with in-depth experience in Real Estate, Investment, Distribution, or Construction.

• Solid knowledge of accounting, tax, and finance laws and related legal regulations.

• Proficient in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements.

• Excellent management, leadership, and staff training skills.

• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
