AI LEAD

1. Research and experiment with AI technologies to solve and optimize the company's core business problems.

• Research and consolidate relevant AI studies and technologies.

• Experiment with, evaluate, and improve AI technologies to identify optimal solutions for business problems.

2. Build and deploy AI systems to integrate AI technologies into the company's products and processes.

• Participate in designing and proposing architectures for AI system deployment.

• Develop and maintain AI system modules.

• Collaborate with Product Development teams, Data Engineers, and Data Analysts to ensure seamless and optimized system integration.

3. Manage and provide strategic direction for the AI team to support the company's overall strategy.

• Monitor and provide regular reports on the team's progress and overall activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule.

• Provide direction on research and technology to address the company's business problems.

• Contribute to defining long-term objectives and identifying core problems to be addressed by the AI team.

• Develop and continuously improve processes and tools to optimize the team's working efficiency.

4. Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.

Education & Technical Knowledge

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• Strong foundational knowledge of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).

• Good understanding of Data Science and Big Data processing.

• Strong knowledge of Python and SQL.

• In-depth knowledge of PyTorch, Hugging Face, and FastAPI frameworks.

Professional Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Data Science and/or Artificial Intelligence.

• Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Big Data.

• Experience designing, developing, and deploying large-scale AI systems.

• Experience integrating and fine-tuning Large Language Models (LLMs).

Skills

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation.

• Strong problem analysis and solution selection skills.

• Ability to experiment with and optimize machine learning models.

• Software development skills.

• Leadership and management skills.

• Strong organizational and task management skills.

• Candidates with team or group management experience are preferred.
