Job Descriptions
Conduct finite element simulations for electro-mechanical interconnects.
Develop mathematical models for electrical and mechanical parameters.
Characterize high-speed connectors and systems using digital testing and electromagnetic modeling.
Create and implement electrical test procedures, specifications, and fixtures.
Design characterization and verification boards; collaborate with PCB design vendors.
Perform empirical and analytical testing based on design inputs.
Prepare evaluation reports and presentations for internal and customer use.
Provide technical guidance to Sales, Marketing, and customers on signal integrity.
Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team.
Lead R&D initiatives in advanced electrical design technologies.
Develop mitigation strategies for EMI, heat transfer, fluid dynamics, and CFD in interconnect systems.
Collaborate with customers on high-speed serial I/O, backplane, board-to-board, and channel applications.

Requirements
Education
Required: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Preferred: Master’s in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Physics.
Experience
Required: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Preferred:
Experience designing high-speed electrical interconnects.
Proficiency with CAD/CAE tools (e.g., Ansys HFSS, CST, Sigrity, ADS, Cadence).
Skilled in correlating simulation results with lab measurements using oscilloscopes, TDRs, VNAs.
Ability to script and automate analysis workflows.
Skills
Required: Strong understanding of electromagnetics.
Preferred: Experience in EMI, thermal analysis, and fluid mechanics is a plus.
