Tool Design Engineer (Die & Mold)

• Design and develop stamping dies and injection molds based on product, manufacturing, quality, and tooling requirements, with a focus on robust and production-ready tooling.

• Develop and maintain tooling designs, specifications, drawings, and related technical documentation required to support fabrication and manufacturing.

• Participate in tooling design reviews and evaluate designs for manufacturability, functionality, and alignment with defined tooling requirements.

• Analyze & Driving tooling performance and production issues, identify root causes, and implement design improvements to enhance tool reliability, product quality, productivity, and manufacturing performance.

• Provide technical guidance support for tooling-related issues during production and coordinate appropriate design changes where needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in die and mold design using CAD tools

• Knowledge of tooling manufacturing/fabrication processes and production support

• Understanding of precision manufacturing and quality requirements

• Proficient in English communication
