Head of AI

Lead the company-wide AI strategy: from optimizing internal operations, integrating AI into products, to building commercial AI products.

• Build AI strategy and roadmap by phases aligned with the company's business goals.

• Integrate AI into department operations (automation, reporting, AI Agent / Copilot) and measure effectiveness by ROI.

• Collaborate with product teams to integrate AI into Game, Metaverse / XR products, from prototype to scale.

• Identify opportunities, assess technological / market feasibility and lead the development of commercial AI products.

• Build and lead the AI team, acting as the AI focal point connecting Product, Tech and Business.

• Research and evaluate new technologies for application within the company: LLM, Agentic AI, multimodal AI, AI infrastructure...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related technical field, Master's degree preferred.

• At least 8 years of experience in technology, product or data, including at least 4 years working on real-world applied AI products (AI Agent, recommendation systems, NLP...)

• Proven track record of successfully launching and growing B2C products with millions of users.

• Priority given to candidates with experience in: AI product, Consumer Tech, Game, Metaverse / XR, SaaS / Platform, tech startups.

• Deep understanding of ML, LLM, AI Agent, RAG, multimodal AI and AI application architecture, data pipeline to evaluate and select technologies.

• Strong product and business mindset, product lifecycle from Discovery → MVP → PMF → Scale, solid grasp of P&L and ROI.

• Experience leading teams and working closely with engineering and data teams in an Agile / Scrum environment.

• Ownership mindset, willingnes to propose, taking responsibility and making quick data-driven decisions.

• Fluent in English for work.
