Development Process Engineer

• Develop, design, optimize, qualify, and sustain manufacturing processes to deliver stable, capable, and efficient production performance.

• Analyze manufacturing performance and process data to identify improvement opportunities and drive yield improvement, quality enhancement, productivity gains, and cost reduction.

• Lead structured problem-solving for process-related manufacturing issues, identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and verify effectiveness.

• Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing manufacturing processes, defining process requirements, coordinating trials, and completing process qualification for production readiness.

• Provide technical knowledge and guidance to production teams, helping ensure new or improved processes are effectively transferred into routine manufacturing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial engineering or related discipline and Bachelor’s degree in engineering with the experiences in process engineering

• Experience in manufacturing process development and continuous improvement

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficient in English communication
