Recruitment Team Lead

• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Recruitment Consultants (Senior, Middle, Associate, Trainee) with an expected scale of 2–5 members depending on the period.

• Assign tasks, motivate, and support team members to meet/exceed KPIs.

• Directly execute end-to-end recruitment consulting for Client requirements.

• Maintain and develop strong relationships with Clients, timely capturing and updating Client hiring needs over time.

• Report periodic performance results for both individuals and the team, propose improvements for work efficiency, and implement them upon approval.

• Manage and store candidate profiles according to regulations.

• Minimum 6 years of experience in headhunting or in-house recruitment; preference given to industries such as technology, real estate, supply chain, commerce, services, manufacturing, hospitality, etc.

• Proven experience in a managerial role or demonstrated ability to manage a small team of 2–5 members.

• Passionate about headhunting, with a desire to achieve professional excellence.

• University graduate; preference given to majors in Economics or Human Resources.

• Agile, strong communication skills, and proficient in English.

Working Hours

• Morning: 8:30 – 12:00, Afternoon: 13:30 – 18:00, Monday to Friday weekly.
