Chief Technology Officer

1. Technology Vision & Strategic Roadmap

• Define, execute, and scale the company's global technology strategy and architectural vision to support aggressive expansion across Asia and Latin America.

• Own the development, lifecycle, and modernization framework of the company's proprietary digital solutions and platforms, ensuring they maintain market-leading competitive edges.

• Align all IT investments, R&D initiatives, and technological choices with company-wide business targets and long-term ROI.

2. Full-Function IT Department Leadership

• Direct and nurture a high-performing, multi-disciplinary global technology organization encompassing

• Software Development, DevOps, Cloud Infrastructure, Security, Data, and Corporate IT.

• Formulate and enforce key organizational structures, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and

• Key Operational Results (KORs) across all tech divisions.

• Partner with HR to build a comprehensive tech talent acquisition, performance evaluation, and retention blueprint.

3. Enterprise Architecture & Tech Product Engineering

• Set the benchmark for technical excellence, overseeing the architecture of scalable, high-performance distributed systems using microservices, domain-driven designs, and modern database frameworks.

• Ensure seamless tech product lifecycles—from ideation and rapid prototyping (concrete MVPs) to global market launch and data-driven post-optimization.

• Guide cloud infrastructure strategies across multi-cloud networks (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Kubernetes environments while maintaining strict cost-optimization protocols.

4. Risk Management, Compliance & Security Governance

• Establish absolute corporate security frameworks, maintaining strict defense against data breaches and optimizing business continuity/disaster recovery (DR/BCP) planning.

• Ensure all proprietary software platforms and data architectures comply with cross-border data protection laws and regional compliance regulations in Asia, LATAM, and beyond.

• Supervise global IT operations, asset tracking protocols, and global software/hardware procurement strategies.

5. Executive Stakeholder Management

• Translate complex technical capabilities into direct business metrics for C-level executives, founders, board members.

• Act as the company's primary technical representative at major industry events, tech conferences, and high-level client partnerships.

• 12+ years of senior technology leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing expansive, diverse technology departments (Engineering, DevOps, Product, and IT Ops).

• Deep expertise within MarTech, high-volume eCommerce, or direct-sales technology ecosystems.

• Demonstrated experience upgrading legacy infrastructures into secure, high-availability, microservices driven architectures capable of serving millions of active users.

• Exceptional skills in financial planning, technical project ROI modeling, and cloud infrastructure budget management.

• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit focused on continuous disruption and innovation.
