Job Descriptions
Lead and oversee all business, marketing, operations, and financial activities of the luxury smartphone brand in Vietnam.
Develop and execute brand development strategies to establish the brand as the leading luxury smartphone icon in Vietnam.
Establish and manage a premium distribution system: boutiques, service centers, etc., tailored to the affluent customer segment.
Recruit, lead, and develop a professional team, fostering a high-performance culture.
Requirements
Male/Female, aged 35 – 48.
Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Marketing, or Business Administration.
10 – 15 years of senior management experience. Priority given to candidates with experience in distributing luxury products such as: watches, jewelry, fashion, automobiles, smartphones, yachts, etc.
Proven experience in deploying distribution models and managing boutiques and service centers. Proven track record in managing full P&L of a company or brand, with budget responsibility over VND 100 billion/year.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and build a professional team: recruitment, development, and management.
Strong strategic, luxury brand marketing, financial management, and operational skills.
