Software Developer (Full-Stack)

Design, develop, and maintain software components with good technical quality and reliability, contributing to timely project delivery while continuously improving problem-solving and engineering skills.

• Work on enterprise, product, or custom software development projects.

• Handle assigned modules or features with moderate complexity.

• Participate in the software development lifecycle including development, testing, bug fixing, and deployment support.

• Work within Waterfall/Agile/Scrum or project-based delivery environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, test, and maintain assigned software features according to specifications and design guidelines.

• Perform unit testing, support integration and UAT testing, and resolve defects within assigned scope.

• Collaborate with BA, QA, and other team members to clarify requirements and ensure correct implementation.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to assigned work.

• Follow coding standards, security guidelines, and project processes.

• Report progress, risks, and issues to team leads or project managers in a timely manner.

• Execute assigned development tasks independently within defined scope.

• Propose technical solutions or improvements related to assigned modules.

• Participate in technical discussions and provide feedback during reviews or meetings.

• Request clarification or support when requirements or technical approaches are unclear.

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.

• 2–4 years of experience in software development or equivalent project experience.

• Proficiency in Java/Spring Boot and React.js, willingness to learn React Native.

• Experience with REST APIs and PostgreSQL, Basic Docker and Kubernetes usage.

• Good communication skills for technical discussions, Experience in Agile/Scrum.

• English for daily communication in technical contexts.

• Experience using project/task management tools (e.g., Click Up, Jira);

• Experience collaborating via Git workflows, and documenting technical specifications.

• Proactive learning attitude, responsibility, and teamwork spirit; Ability to propose ideas and solutions during team discussions.

• Good communication skills, Able to work independently under supervision and meet deadlines.

• Ability to read and understand technical documentation in English.
