AI_LLM Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on AI Engineer to join our AI product and engineering team. You will work on building AI-powered applications utilized LLM, AI agents, Agentic RAG systems, workflow automation, and multimodal AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

This role is suitable for candidates with foundational experience in Generative AI, backend development, and modern AI frameworks who want to grow into a strong AI application engineer. Working with AI team to develop company AI products and other AI projects for global customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

AI & LLM Development

• Build and maintain AI applications powered by Large Language Models (LLMs).

• Develop chatbot and conversational AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

• Implement Agent, Agentic RAG or modern retrieval pipelines.

• Integrate LLM APIs or open-source models.

• Fine-tuning, optimize open-source models on specific dataset.

• Develop AI agents/Multi-agents capable of tool calling, skills, reasoning, and workflow automation

Backend & Integration

• Develop backend APIs and services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI.

• Integrate vector databases such as Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Chroma.

• Work with databases, file storage, and document processing systems.

• Build integration with enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party tools.

• Support deployment using Docker and cloud environments such as Azure, AWS.

Data & Knowledge Processing

• Process structured and unstructured data including PDFs, Excel, Markdown, and web content.

• Implement document ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval pipelines.

• Support multimodal AI features involving text and image understanding.

• Improve retrieval quality, latency, and response accuracy.

• Ability to propose ideas and solutions during team discussions.

• Conduct code reviews for junior developers and offer support or direction as needed.- Access necessary resources (e.g., source code, documents, testing environments) in accordance with assigned roles and responsibilities.

• Refuse tasks that violate laws or internal regulations.

• Propose improvements in technology or processes.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

• Final-year students with strong AI project experience are encouraged to apply.

Experience:

• Final-year students to 2-4 years experiences in AI Agent/LLM

Technical skills:

• Basic to advance knowledge/exp in AI/Transformer/LLM/Fine-tuning LLM.

• Understanding of LLM concepts, prompt engineering, Agents/Skills/Tools concepts and RAG architecture.

• Experience or academic background in at least one of the following:

+ AI chatbot development;

+ AI agents/Multi-agent/ autonomous workflows;

+ Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG);

+ Agentic AI systems;

+ NLP or Generative AI applications.

• Familiarity with frameworks/tools such as: LangChain/Langraph/Ollama/vLLM/Unsloth/Pytorch.

• Basic understanding of vector databases and embeddings.

• Familiarity with REST APIs and backend development.

• Experience with Git and Docker.

Preferred qualification:

• Experience building personal AI projects, hackathons, internships, or research projects

• Familiarity with FastAPI, Redis, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.

• Understanding of AI evaluation, hallucination handling, and prompt optimization.

• Experience with open-source LLMs and local model deployment.

• .Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

• Experience with workflow automation or tool-calling agents.

• Understanding of OCR, document processing, or multimodal AI.

• Experience writing tickets/stories in Jira, collaborating via Git workflows, and documenting technical decisions in Click Up or Confluence.
