For Middle/Senior/Lead roles, you will be responsible for laying the architectural foundation, directly implementing, and optimizing large-scale enterprise commercial solutions such as the IBM CP4I ecosystem.

Your key challenge will be to solve complex problems related to network infrastructure integration across Ministries, Government Agencies, and Local Authorities, within a specialized closed environment (Private Cloud).

OBJECTIVE

• Manage, coordinate, and execute large-scale IT/Digital Transformation/Data/Digital Platform projects.

• Ensure the project meets scope, timeline, quality, budget, and client requirements.

• Act as the primary point of contact and coordination between the Client, PMO, Business, Technical, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop the overall project plan and detailed implementation plan

• Manage scope, timeline, quality, resources, and budget Establish governance mechanisms for project monitoring and reporting

• Manage risks, issues, and changes in requirements

• Coordinate Business, Architecture, Development, QA, Data, Infrastructure, and Operations teams

• Track key milestones, project acceptance, handover, and final settlement

EXPERIENCE

• 8+ years of experience in IT/Digital Transformation

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management

• Successfully managed at least 5 large-scale IT/Digital Transformation projects

• Proven experience in multi-stakeholder projects with multiple implementation teams

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

• Project/Program Management & PMO Governance

• Agile and Waterfall Project Management Methodologies

• Risk, Change, Quality, Resource, Financial, Contract, and Stakeholder Management

• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle, QA, Deployment, and Acceptance processes

• Strong documentation, meeting minutes, workload tracking, and project KPI management skills

• Project Acceptance and Handover documentation

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in System Integration, Data, Digital Platform, and Digital Transformation projects

• Experience in Program/Project Portfolio Management

• Prior experience working with Government Ministries/Agencies or large enterprises

NOT A FIT IF YOU

• Cannot effectively control scope, timeline, quality, or budget

• Lack strong reporting, multi-party coordination, and risk management skills

• Are not familiar with project acceptance/handover processes and documentation

• Cannot handle pressure from tight deadlines and changing requirements
