Senior Business Development Executive (IT Solutions)

ROLE PURPOSE

• Sales IT - Business Development is responsible for researching the target market segment, consulting on and selling IT solutions and systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Development

• Research the market and identify potential clients and business opportunities in the target market segment.

• Conduct market outreach through social channels, email campaigns, industry events, exhibitions, and networking activities, etc.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution consultations.

• Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products and service portfolio.

Marketing & Brand Development

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities.

• Develop and execute marketing initiatives for the target market.

• Coordinate and support marketing events, webinars, exhibitions, and business networking activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Korean Language, International Business, or related fields.

• At least 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Account Management, or related positions.

• Familiarity with the Korean business culture and working environment.

• Ability to work independently and strong adaptability.

• Self-driven, persistent, and capable of performing under sales pressure.

• English Communication

• Salary: Open for negotiation

• Probation: Full salary

• Allowance (lunch, travel): 1.5 million VND

• 13th-month salary: Fixed

• Performance bonus: Based on company and individual performance
