Mô tả công việc
Market analysis, includes customers market & our competitors, then indicate sales direction.
Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures. Builds forecast, plan and budget, and performs sale activities and accomplish goal.
Establishes and negotiates selling prices based on costs, competition, and supply and demand
Business development and marketing strategies for mid and long term.
In charge of developing & managing customers.
Other assigned works.

Yêu cầu
Having 3-5 years of relevant work experience;
University degree in Business Management, Marketing or a related field.
Characteristics: honest, trustful, careful, enthusiastic.
English fluency.
Preferable: male, 1993 - 1999, willing for business trips

Base salary: upto 25M (gross)
Bonuses: the 13th month salary, performance bonus (up to 2.0 months), incentive (~1.0-1.5 months).
